Utah County Women in Business (UCWIB) is a signature program of the American Fork Chamber of Commerce dedicated to connecting, supporting, and elevating women in business throughout Utah County.
UCWIB brings together women from a wide range of industries, professions, communities, and stages of their careers. Whether you are an entrepreneur building a new business, a small business owner looking to grow, an executive or manager developing your leadership skills, a professional looking to expand your network, or someone preparing for the next step in your career, UCWIB provides a community where you can make meaningful connections and continue moving forward.
More Than Networking
Building a successful business or career often comes down to relationships. UCWIB creates opportunities for women to meet other professionals they may never encounter in their normal circles, develop genuine business relationships, exchange ideas, discover resources, and support one another.
Our goal isn't simply to collect business cards. We want women to build relationships that can lead to referrals, partnerships, mentorship, friendships, new customers, professional opportunities, and long-term collaboration.

Programming focuses on topics that matter to today's women in business, including leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing, career development, financial success, technology, work-life challenges, communication, personal growth, and more.
We believe some of the most valuable lessons come from hearing what others have learned along the way: what worked, what didn't, what they would do differently, and what helped them take the next step.

UCWIB is also designed to create opportunities for women and their businesses to be seen.
Through events, networking, member promotion, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, partnerships, and connections throughout the Chamber community, UCWIB helps women introduce themselves, their businesses, and their expertise to a growing network of professionals throughout Utah County.
For entrepreneurs and small business owners, especially home-based businesses and growing companies, UCWIB provides another avenue to build awareness, establish credibility, develop relationships, and become more connected to the broader business community.

UCWIB creates an environment where emerging professionals can learn from experienced leaders, entrepreneurs can learn from other business owners, and established professionals can share the knowledge and experience they have gained throughout their careers.

Who Is UCWIB For?
Utah County Women in Business welcomes entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, managers, professionals, emerging leaders, home-based business owners, nonprofit leaders, and women exploring entrepreneurship or the next stage of their careers.
UCWIB also welcomes businesses and organizations that believe in developing women leaders and strengthening Utah County's business community.
Get Involved
Attend an upcoming UCWIB event. Introduce yourself. Meet someone new. Share what you're working on. Learn from someone else's experience. Look for ways to collaborate. Then come back the next month and continue building those relationships. We meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month and hold additional training and networking opportunities throughout the year.
